Quick question... How do I find the host name of my iPage web hosting service (angelfire.com)? Thanks for any answer or 2. 2nd question I got is.. Hello.

Noticed something, when orders are placed, I notice that there not in the admin orders section, and when I placed a test order it does not show in my account history, but the email is sent out and when I click onthe link I see the order but not in the admin area nor in the customer account history, any help?..

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I discover an anything. You should email the people at iPage as they probably can answer it..

The same thing started happening to me lthis week....

I look up the orders tables in the db and can manually sort through and find that the order was placed, however, it is not showing at all in the admin section under pending (or all).

This is a VERY big problem trying to do this... I actually had to shut the store down today till I can get this worked out... anyone else have this kind of trouble before???..

Also.

On the MAIN admin screen, it shows that I have pending orders, but not once I click on it and go to the Orders screen.

I can pull the order up manually if I find the order id, put still, that requires me to log into the db, which I don't care to do..

Past orders that have been marked delivered are showing up, but not any pending (no processing orders to check)..

Hmm.. Maybe it's not set as the default status when an order is placed?..

Looks like that is what it was for me. I went back into the payment modules and changed it to pending and it worked on the test order. it was set to default, which apparently goes nowhere..

Now my concern is why it worked before and then stopped working, as I have not changed that before..

Thanks for the pointer though, got it working so I am back in business now... very appreciated...

Double check your order status section in the admin section, see what is there. you may need to add what is suposed to be there (pending, processed, shipped, delivered)..
