They are receiving Blank emailstotaly empty...
One more thing , do you know how to change the tabs in drop down menue.
You might try looking in your Admin panel, under localization/order status. You can change, delete or add any of the above here...

I have changed delivered to Shipped.
And now when the custoemers will receive the email it will say Shipped in the status right..
Hello , I am trying to change the text in the emils that my customer receives after I change the status of the order from the customers > orders section.
Here is the pic of what I am trying to change..
Where it says delivered , I wana change that to shipped so when I mark the item shipped , they should receive an email saying.
Status : shipped.
