I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the right answer. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I bump into an good answer. You should email the people at iPage as they probably know..
The documents are in here->.

// page title.
That worked for me...
On a slightly different matter, how do people go about getting their shop listed / registered with google / yahoo etc..
I would suggest using ineedhits.com.
Or for instant action.. use overture or google adwords..
My english.php file states the title I want, but the only thing coming up in browsers is the URL of the current page....
I have STS installed, but I haven't touched the TITLE at all. And my index.php says:.
<title><?php echo TITLE; ?></title>.
Where else could this get tripped up?..
My title is correct in english.php and it still says osCommerce.
Uhm...something is wrong, and I went to wikki documents. Still nothing...
It's Fixed. Witness the power....

It is explained in the documentation, there are lots of things about the program there, trust me, if you read it, you will understand a lot about the program..
The other way of figuring things out is to search in the code for what you want to change. by right clicking on the oscommerce logo, you will see it says oscommere.gif, so search your code for that, you will find the program to change. this goes for anything else you want to change..
Go to your favorite search engine, and search for windows grep, download it to your system, it searches all the source code for what you tell it to...
