Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I find an decent answer. You should email the people at iPage as they probably could give you an answer..

Yes, the iPage site is using SSL during checkout...

I'm having the same or similar problem. The person in this post had success, but it didn't help me:.
We have a iPage site that will add the item into the cart and the system will allow you to go through the checkout. However, after the confirmation button is clicked and it processes the page it returns the initial page (New Customer - Returning Customer) but the cart is empty. The order does not show up in the admin pending area. And also the system does not actually make an entry for the customer. You have to sign up as a new customer every time..
Anybody have an ideal about this one???.
Any help is truly appreciated!!.
Okay... it is retaining client info now, but it still does not process the order and still returns to the intial screen mentioned above...
