First question I have is How does one upload php script to a iPage hosted website? Hoping for any response. Another question... Hi,.

I installed osCommerce a few days ago and I am having a few problems that I need help with..

1) I am recieving an error about the zend optimiser at the bottom of each page (I dont know what this is).

2) If I click on "log yourself in" "my account" or "create an account" I get the error the page cannot be displayed (the generic IE error page)..

I would really appreciate some help..

Thanks.

CM.

Good question... I dunno what is the answer to your question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I got an answer. You should email the people at iPage as they probably could help you..

Disable the SSL in your admin section..

Notice in the addy bar where it says.

And not.

Like it should, unless of course you have a certificate then.. well it's a server problem and you need to talk to your webhost about that...

I cant find where to change this in the Admin control panel. Which menu/option is it in?..

It is not in your admin control panel.

In both catalog and admin/includes/configure.php files.

Enable ssl set to false.

Thanks for you help guys.

I have just contacted my webhost (I pay for SSL support) and they have told me that if I want to use SSL, I need to move the pages hat require a secure connection to a dedicated SSL folder and use a different url to access them..

Would this be difficult for a newbie to do?.

Is there any real advantage to using SSL?.

Cheers.
