That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I discover an decent answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably can answer it..
Right ON!! A major reason I opt to use the full-disclosure w8book ticker and honest weigh-ins..
Good man acoustic, make sure you show accountablilty on our 100% thread!.
Happy new year!.
And by the way, if I end out calling you fatty, chunky or downright fat, just get used to it, it's a men's thing...deal with it lardo!.
And I would expect the same.....
Happy New Year to you guys! Thanks for the encouragement....
I'm of course still waiting for my food to arrive, but I have been counting calories!.
You guys all have great perspective... I'm digging it.....
I was really concerned about going into the Holidays while having only been on the Nutrisystem program for a couple of weeks. I was also starting to hear some concern from my wife about the potential for me to be a bore during gatherings with family & friends. So, I decided to shoot for zero weight gain and paid attention to what & how much I ate at gatherings and stayed with the program for most meals..
The results were great! I was able to induldge (reasonably) and still lost weight during the Holidays. Now I am focused on getting back to the program 100% because I just know that I will be tempted to start sneaking in some food & drink that will shoot my long term plan down. (This is a point where I have floundered on past diets)..
I'm looking for.
Or better next Monday morning !..
Good job, Perry! You were right to be concerned. Many have problems getting back on the horse. You've identified a major key to Nutrisystem success: Return to 100% on-plan after any deviation..
I was off plan for a while and am back on plan now that the holidays and traveling are over. My wife has committed to do this with me for the month of Jan. and see the results. You guys are great and an encouragement..
