Good question... I dunno what is the answer to your question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I got an answer. You should email the people at iPage as they probably know..
Hi. I appreciate the help. I did what you wrote, but it's still not working. I can see that what you wrote was necessary, but there must be something else missing because it still looks like I'm in the same situation..
Any other ideas?.
Can you give us any more information about what's happening - you say the links go nowhere but what are the links? Are they correct?.
Perhaps a link to your iPage site might help?..
Hi. Thanks for responding. I didn't think that leaving my web address was allowed here, but it's www.sportsmansresource.com/catalog/index.php. If you choose any category within the store, the page just reloads..
Could there be anything in the database that needs to be changed?.
When I select any of the categories I get a MySQL error - you need to address this (tip: search the forums the answer is already there)..
My iPage hosting company gave me an "upgrade" that I never wanted or asked for and switched all my files to a new server and moved my database to a new MySQL server. Needless to say, but now my osCommerce store doesn't work anymore..
My site/catalog/index.php page comes up fine, but all links go nowhewre and the page simply reloads..
I'll admit that I don't know much about MySQL server, but I checked and it appears as though my database information is there..
For MySQL server, they gave me a new:.
I assume this new information goes somewhere in osCommerce, but where?.
Any help would greatly be appreciated..
You need to edit the includes/configure.php and admin/includes/configure.php files so that they use the new database information..
