My first question is I need Medifast recipes to cook in a crockpot? Many thanks for any comment. Another question... Well, I've scheduled my first round of body repair work! Although they recommend waiting at least 1 year after.

, if I dont do it now, Ill have to wait another full year because of my work schedule. The plastic surgeon is willing to do it at the end of the month (almost 10 months post GBS) since Im so close to my goal weight. I only have 12 lbs to go but I havent hit a plateau and Im still losing a couple pounds a week. At this rate, I should be 8 lbs over goal when I have.

Since there is between 5-10 lbs of skin/fat to be removed, Im hoping the.

Will put me right at goal..

So, I'm on the calendar for November 30th for an extended abdominoplasty and a breast lift with augmentation. Im excited, but afraid to get too excited..

I started to read up on abdominoplasty the other night and realized I am in for a longer, more painful recovery than I had anticipated. Again, there isnt really a better time to do it, so I guess Christmas will just kinda suck this year..

My surgeon will only do one side at a time, so Ill have my butt, arms, and legs done in later surgeries (if I have them all done I still havent decided if I want to trade my arm skin for scars or not)..

Anyway, Im excited/nervous and just wanted to share..
