That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I got an useful answer. You should email the people at iPage as they probably could help you..
I posted a method in Tips and Tricks to parse the 'error reason code' - this is helpful in debugging..
The cart failing to complete as an order sounds like our experience - which we eventually solved by switching to a different module for authorize.net. You might want to look for another module...
I'm new here. Search for a new authorize.net module where?.
We're having a problem right now where we're using Bao Nguyens ADC module for Authorize.net, and cards are getting declined. Simple reason: the shipping address is not posting all the way to Authorize. Instead of posting the country 'USA' in country, it shows up as 'array' in the Authorize.net error docs. I just got off the phone with a guy at Authorize.net that says if we can correct that, everything should work. When I look at the shipping address for that customer on our website, it says USA but obviously doesn't pass to Authorize.net that way..
I have a iPage site that is due to go live and is based on M2.2..
We will accept PayPal and cc via Auth.net gateway. However, no matter what mod I try, I still get errors..
I'm fairly familiar w/ OSC and installing mods, etc, but this one is really stopping me..
I've tried all of the Authorize.net contributions, including the stock one, but haven't been successful. In the few tests where the cards were charged, the cart itself still showed an error, as though the transaction didn't go through..
Is there anyone who has it working that would be willing to assist me?.
What is the exact error?.
Also with authorize.net make sure that your Address Verification Settings are correct and that your OSC passes the info to them, or else it could get rejected due to Address mismatch and would take you back to the enter CC#...
