iPage's Halftime commercial video did you see it?

First question I got is iPage's Halftime commercial video did you see it? Hoping for any response. Second question.. It seems that for the past 2 weeks, customers have been having problems at checkout_shipping.php. They get caught in a loop and can't go any further. When I try and place the orders for them, I have no problem..everything works fine..

Thing is...only a small percent call when they have a problem..and I'm losing customers. I've seen other people post similar problems through the search here....but never a resolution..

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks in advance...

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I discover an useful answer. You should email the people at iPage as they probably can help you..

Its possible that some of you customers need to upgrade their browsers - there were quite some problems with a recent IE update - I believe that later updates fix this - I know myself that I was unable to login to server control panels until I updated again - M$ can be a pain.

Post the top part of your catalog/includes/configure.php - it is possibly a cookie setting problem - again, this may depend on browser settings..

I edited out the last part, as it seemed to have a password in it. I hope that's the information you needed..

Again, thanks for any help in advance!..

I dont see a cookie path in there...

Define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://www.domain.com');.

Define('ENABLE_SSL', true);.

Define('HTTP_COOKIE_DOMAIN', 'www.domain.com');.

Define('HTTP_COOKIE_PATH', '/catalog/');.

Define('HTTPS_COOKIE_PATH', '/catalog/');.

This is only partial of the configure.php..

I have customers that have called with this exact problem. I have even logged in as them and tried to finish out the order but clicking continue does the same as clicking refresh in your browser.. just re-load that page again...

It only seems to happen on occasion, but I'd like to get it fixed if anyone has any ideas?..

The configure.php is from MS-1 which does not have the cookie settings..

You still havent told us what shipping modules you are using..

I'm using the UPS module. I know sometimes it has a problem pulling from UPS, but that usually appears as a blank page or times out. This is different, because it kicks the person back..as if in a loop...

Has anyone found a fix for this yet? I'm still having this problem.....

I still have not found a resolution to this problem. Anyone else experiencing this? I'd really appreciate it if anyone had any suggestions.

Thanks!..

System should work flawlessly...

Except sometimes when people add contribs and change the settings.. the system messes up...

I one time had it with the login.php...

The only solution is to recopy the files that you are having trouble with from the orginal package....
