First question I got is Is it possible to host two websites on iPage hosting? Many thanks for any answer. Second question.. When I open up the shop, it is automatically opening up with the last user who logged into the shop. This is happening regardless of which computer I am testing it on. If anybody has any ideas what I am doing wrong, please help. This situation is sporadic, but obviously I cannot go live with the shop if people's personal information is going to be shown.

Another point which might be useful is that I use AOL...

Ye, however you might want to make sure and wait for another commenter to confirm this as I am on the fence. Better yet, why don't you contact the iPage guys because they can answer you better...

Does this happen as soon as you arrive at the store or when clicking the login button?.

Can you post a url so I can see the site?..

As soon as you arrive at the site, you appear to be logged in as the last person who used the iPage site but this only appears to happen when that person is using AOL..

The url of the iPage site is.

Shop..

The only obvious thing I can see is all of your links contain.

?osCsid=.

This could be confusing osCommerce.

If you want to add your own links you must use the tep_href function to ensure the session id is set and tracked correctly...

Thanks for that. That would make sense as some testers have mentioned that products have been automatically adding themselves to the cart, which I guess ties in with what you are saying..

Could you please give me an example of the tep_href that would be best to use so that navigating out of oscommerce pages continues to carry the session id..

Many thanks again...

You will need to use something like this.

'<a href="'tep_href_link('helpme.php')'">''My New Link''</a>' ..

If you want to use the sessions for non-osC pages then you will need to ensure that you include application_top.php as follows.

 require('includes/application_top.php');..

Thank you so much, I will now change the links and hopefully that will sort the problem...

It doesn't seem to happen if people log out properly and clear their cache, but most customers won't do this. Another point which might be useful is that I use AOL...

As a newbie, I was wondering if I have given enough information. Is there anything else you need to know to help me solve this problem?..
