And foremost.

Welcome back!.

I personally don't see this program as.

If anything it has become a PLEASURE as I watch the pounds drop.

I know deep down you do too..

Bearsfan... I think I fall into the same category... About 2 years ago, I went from 248 to my goal weight of 208 being on Nutrisystem for 3 months.... Stupidly, I put back on 30 lbs. to 240 lbs. and went back on Nutrisystem about 2 months ago...

With a new goal weight of 200, 17 more to go.....

Good luck......

Welcome back! I'm sure you will have a lot of success reaching your new goal...

Welcome back Bearsfan. At least you've got a decent football team to root for. Notice my name is not Brownsfan..

Were you successful in keeping the weight off? If not, what do you perceive as your down fall?..

Welcome back..

I am back too after 3 months. Here's to success.....

Laziness...job change...too much vodka and wine! Didn't put too much weight back on (15 pounds), just the clothes didn't fit anymore. Actually didn't rach my goal in the first place, but I am dedicated to doing this now!.

My bp is too high and I have a wife and two wonderful kids to live for! What more do you need?..

Thanks guys! Many of us are in the same boat of starting/stopping the plan. Don't know why this time it feels different, but it just does. We'll keep you posted...

I lurk quite a bit but took quite a bit of time from May until a month ago. I'm actually accomplishing one of my goals, only weighing the 15th and last day of the month (from being a daily weigher) and I'm letting the clothes judge it in between. With my weigh in yesterday, I have another 8 lbs to get where I was the end of May..

My goal will be to hit 249 (or lower) by Christmas. This would put me at my high school weight that I haven't seen in 26+ years..

Good luck on your journey. Here's to our success. I'm now off to put my lazy bum on the treadmill...

Loving it so far. Four days on the plan and four pounds. Really surprised how the food has changed in two years. Much, much better. The meatloaf and mashed potatos...omg. The good as it ever was.

Okay, I am hooked...line and sinker!.

Although I am 212 pounds (now) I cannot believe how much food they tell you to eat everyday. It is hard to keep up! Switching in a couple bottles of low sodium Propel throughout the day really mixes it up and has 20 calories per bottle. I know water has none, but vodka!.

Stay tuned..

Thanks for your support guys. A very, very good group of guys on the board now. My, how things have changed...

Yea, water definitely beats vodka. So if you have any of that libation left over and you want to get rid of it, let me know....(I'm a jets fan, you understand).

Kidding, good luck bearfan!..

Good job, bearsfan. So cool to hear your postive news. And enthusiasm will serve you well. That and giving bob_m the occasional kick in the head...

I do deserve a kick in the head now and then.....

This coming from a man with a cat as his avatar, like 90% of the ladies on NS..
