The answer is Yes, but you might want to make sure and wait for someone else here to confirm this as I am not completely sure. Better yet, why don't you e-mail the iPage guys because they can answer you better...
Not as thick as myself. I get the email, but my problem is I show no orders in the admin section yet in the customers account history it show up and status is pending.
Any clue as to why this is happening?.

Great thanks Miugitty - I'll give that a go - especially as it's not going to get that much traffic - save me checking the admin all the time - I take it the send extra feature is in the config settings?.

Can anyone tell me in which OSC file this e-mail message is built?.
I send an extra email to my cell phone as a text message. This instantly notifies me of an order, however, the cell service limits the text message to 160 characters. I would like to reformat this message, so that the 1st 160 characters contains order info, such as amount, customer name, and customer phone number..
Okay so please feel free to hit me, flame me and generally abuse me :-) But please could somebody tell me how I know when somebody as ordered something - It's really stupid but I can't find this is the documentation... :-(.

Easiest way other than checking your Admin-> Orders page is to set the "Send extra order emails to" feature in Admin-> Configuration to whatever email address you would like to get a copy sent...
