The customer is temporarily sent offsite to Authorize Net to get charged then sent back to OSC to complete the order... It works some of the times... Perhaps something to do with connection at the client side?.

We are using Authorize Net to process our credit card payments, and we are encountering a couple of occurances where the credit card is charged on Authorize Net but nowhere to be found in OSC!!! Does anyone else have this problem? Thanks to anyone who can provide some insight.....
I believe it is because your customer didnot enter the completed button. I have read many topics about lost orders and it is usually from customers sent off iPage site to complete credit card transactions and then just closing the browser or linking out. the info dies with the link break thus nothing written to database...
