Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to your question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I got an anything. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could assist you..
Welcome, as Mike said, if you stick with the program you'll likely blow past 50lbs by the end of April. Be sure to get tons of exercise, join a gym if there's one near home or work...
I can do this! Had the morning snack and then the lunch later and 2hrs later I feel great, not starving, not stressing about how much longer I can stand starving to death etc etc. Thanks for the support guys, I'm sure glad to be on the program finally..
Congrats! Starting at all is the first and hardest step. I think pretty much everyone here wishes they started sooner, but starting at all is it's own badge of honor..
You can definately do this. Have fun with it! I haven't felt food deprived once (well... OK... Thanksgiving... but that was much more envy than hungry), and it was good to learn that these "fruits and veggies" food group really is pretty good after all...
Hey man, looks like we have the same overall goal (292 - 185, here). When I first signed up, I wasn't sure I would stay on Nutrisystem the whole way but it's so dang easy. That I might just hang stay here the whole time. I lost 27 pounds my first month..
Good luck to you! The support here in "The Men's Room" is off the charts...
Ya know I have a cool little goal motivator relic hanging in my closet. A pair of NOS 1990 vintage Lee blue jeans I bought new in 1990, size 34x32 that just barely fit the day I got them so I put them away until I'd lost a few pounds. I think I probably weighed about 190-195lbs. Guess what? I've put on about 5lbs a year since then! Totally gonna turn this thing around and try to get back into that pair of pants because if there's one thing I hate it's wasteful spending on pants that DONT FIT!!..
I've got a pair of 33 shorts in the drawer I bought in 1990 as well...i hope to be in them in 2 months or so..
Welcome to the program..
Come to this discussion board often and read, post and comment you will see it will totally change the way your thinking. These guys are great in here..
Drink the water, drink the water, drink the water!.
When in doubt drink the water..
Good luck man we are all in the same boat!..
Welcome to the forum. This is a great place to be. I wish I would have found out about Nutrisystem when I weighed 285... it would have made my journey a HECK of a lot easier..
I like to use these forums as a place to get a quick pick me up when I'm feeling weak, to vent, or for good laughs... a lot of good people and support here..
Welcome to the madness!.
Looking forward to reading about your progress...
Yes, welcome to NS. I'm a bit of a newbie myself. I'm wrapping up week 3 today and I'm down 11 lbs already. The program is great...very easy to follow, the food actually tastes decent, there is no hunger and most importantly, it works. The guys on these boards are awesome for support and motivation...
You can do this. I am little shorter (5'10") and was a little heavier when I started. Now I am still shorter than you but weigh much less (190). You seem to have the right attitude. Just stick with the plan and the fat will not stick with you...
Good luck, Rick. get some sort of exercise in daily if you can, even if it is a long walk. work yourself upward from there. the more you exercise, the more (and faster) you will loose..
Remember, this is a long term commitment not a diet. Nutrisystem is teaching you portion control and a healthier lifestyle to follow when you are done with NS. So get yer head in the game and go baby!..

Wow, thanks brothers! Today was my first day back to work and I was hungrier than I have been, I think it was the frozen blueberries I mixed in with my Dannon Greek Yogurt (snack 1). They don't have added sugar but the sugar they have kind of had me hankerin the rest of the day starting about an hour past lunch and it did a similar number on me yesterday. No biggie, I gulped down more bottles of water, got over the hump and had my afternoon snack when I finally got home about 4:30. Just had the ravioli dinner with cabbage, green beans, diced peaches a diet rite and a whole wheat bread with 1tsp peanut butter and I feel absolutely wonderful. No cheating and I'm really feeling great! I'll get the hang of planning my work meals smarter and then I'm sure I'll feel better most or all of the day. Speaking of which, are you supposed to be getting to your dinner by a certain time of the day? It's gonna be screwy enough since I rotate shifts every week so I hope that on this plan the idea is to keep the foods and h2O going throughout the day to keep the fat burning furnace stoked...
You'll make it back into those 34's, Rick! I went from 46's to 34's. On the verge of 32's! Still blows my mind. Great attitude and Great start! Keep it rolling!.
If you want to be 200, then say 200 as your goal. More motivational. Read what Woody from Vegas says...
Good luck. Run the plan hard core and all else will be fine. Key thing is just to stick with it. It always "works"...
I am on day 1 and am trying to figure out when to augment the plan with protein. The booklet shows delta protein at breakfast and morning snack. Is that the correct interpretation as to when only to have food from the recommended protein list?.
