First question I got is Looking for gluten free, pre-made/frozen breakfast Medifast recipes? Many thanks for any comment. 2nd question I got is.. Only heavy people will understand this wow moment that is kind of funny. Have you ever sat in the tub and felt like your hips were a dam? You know like blocking the water from getting behind you easily. LOL. Well I am 6 months post.

Surgery.

And decided I wanted to relax in a warm tub, which I don't do real often but had just been on of those days. I was able to put my hand between my hips and the edge of the tub. I just laughed and thought how silly that sounds, but so amazing. :)..

I love bubble baths especially in the winter - now they are even more rewarding after a long day. Remember, there is no Wow moment that is too silly - they are all amazing miracles!! Yes, that is a great 'wow' moment...lol Just had a nice warm bath, did not have to get on my knees and pull myself out the tub...AND I can use a standard towel to dry off...Not the the LARGE BEACH towels, they were the only ones that I could wrap around me.....

:) YAY!!.

I cant wait till I can lay in the tub and have the water cover my belly agian. Its lame laying there when half of you is.

Freezing.

To death...

It's one of the best moments, realizing you have more water than you in the tub!.

For me the absolute best/funny wow moment was when I could look down and see my girly bits without having to lift my tummy out of the way...

LOL - that's how I felt about taking a bath! I used to love to languish in the tub and relax but was afraid if I did it while I weighed 290, I'd have the fire department coming into the bathroom to extract me with the jaws of life - didn't want that to happen - those fireman are mighty nice looking. I wouldn't want to make their eyes bleed seeing me naked. I've lost weight but haven't tried a bubble bath yet! Sounds like a good thing to do!..

I agree totally! It's not at all silly. I am almost 6 months out and also recently had the same thought when I took a bath~! It really is a great WOW moment!..
