That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I got an answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could answer your Medifast question..

Bsides your no longer a fatty y r you weighing your self every fifteenminutes. Beleive me when I tell you that this gbs/wls works. Don't sweat the daily grind, just do the program and enjoy the ride..

This happens to me EVERY time I.

Lose weight.

! I drop, then bounce, then drop, then bounce, etc. It drives me crazy, but the monthly total always works out...

Easy fix, don't weigh at night. I agree with Karamia - in the morning, after I pee and before I drink. I'm post menopausal so I don't get those water flucuations anymore7 lbs up was my all time pre.

I agree with everyone else. Don't freak out! There are a ton of things that influence weight. What we ate, whether or not we went to the Bathroom lately, how much salt we had, how much water we had, the TOM, how hot and humid it is out, the time of day..

It is so tempting to jump on the scale every day or twice a day or every time you walk by it, but try to only weigh once a week, same day, same state of dress (or undress), same time of day. I usually weigh on Wed. morning nude, right after I get up and go to the BR and before I have had.

For the first couple of weeks I weighed daily after.


Drove me nuts. So, after getting some advice here, I only weigh in once a week, usually Monday mornings before I eat or drink anything...

Weighing yourself on a daily basis is pure insanity, don't do it! Just once a week will do. I suggest you measure also. I got out of the habit of weighing myself so often when I plateaud for 3 weeks. That was rough so once a week for me...

I was there - so addicted to weighing myself and it drove me nuts! I got really depressed thinking I should be losing more. then one day I came home and scale was gone! I thought I would need a.


Program - but my boyfriend was right to get rid of it for me. I weigh once a week (monday mornings) at my local doctors office. It is perfect for me, and when I reach a milestone the girls in the office happy dance with me :) when I reach my final goal I get my scale back (so he says) and if I don't get obsessed again he will let me keep it!..

I don't weigh myself unless I'm at the doctor's office. If I'm following my plan and feel good, what's the point? It's just a number... Maybe once I hit maintenance, then I will weigh myself every three weeks or month. Weighing daily is pointless, many, many things can cause an overnight flux. It's the long-run that matters.....

I know exactly what you are.


About. I think I am driving myself crazy with the weighing as can be so depressing at times and then rewarding at others...i just need to stick to weighing once a week because it really is driving me crazy...
