Got a question, hope someone can answer... LOW CARB, LOW FAT , HIGH PROTEIN FOOD Medifast recipes? :D? Many thanks for any answer. Another question on my mind: Hi there. Haven't been around much, but have been checking in a couple of times a week. Dean is finally over 2 month's worth of post-op complications and doing well. I on the other hand am emotionally burned out and tired all of the time.

I love that about myself and the whole post-op journey.

Mine is I lost 5 pounds in the past 4 months, but also two sizes on the bottom and one on the top. I can walk 3 miles in an hour, and 4 when I am feeling really good. Scale, schmale is what I say. Feel free to drop me a hug or a message, especially my long-time partners in crime here on DS :)..

BHM, please try to stay as active as you can, given the challenges you have been facing, as you and your cohorts, many of whom are no longer visible, speak with authority and.

Things get murky sometimes and the voice of experience is so helpful. I would especially like for you to weigh in on the carbs issue, which I believe used to be a pet issue of yours..

I also need, with the VSG (less absorption control, but I am taking Victoza) to determine what calorie level I shoud be at, as I see ranges from 500 - 2000. I stay at 800 - 900c. and am consistently losing..

I eat whole oatmeal, whole wheat crackers or noodles and Special K high protein, high fiber cereal. I try not to eat more than one a day. Are they slowing my weightloss and should I.

Them all together? What about fruits in the first 6 months?..

It's so good to see you peeking in

I can only imagine you being burnt out. This would take a toll on anyone but as previously mentioned and I will continue to repeat myself, you are a strong and remarkable woman..

Sorry Dean has gone through all this but you are a brave and motivating woman to stay by his side..

Like you've told me in the past- -when the scale doesn't move inches do. I am not even a month out and have made it a habit to only weigh myself at the doc's office (and this is really trying) but I dont want a number to define me and I have to concentrate on building me- -practicing good habits, regimen, and all that lovely stuff..

Take care hun and.

To speak with you soon..
