I'd love to be in this challenge, too! Thanks for starting it! I am starting at 198.6 and would like to lose 44.1# but will round up to 45#. This will put me in the normal weight range for the first time in my adult life! I need to average 2.3 #/week to make this goal, which may be a bit ambitious, but it's about setting high goals that are CHALLENGING to meet. Here's a quote by Michelangelo that makes my point much better, and more clearly than I have:.

Go to the edit prfile/settings area in the orange at the top left of your screen click on it and it should send you to a page that has edit signature on the left click on that and paste the banner code in and take out the spaces. hope that helps..
If you are confused about anything just askeveryone on this site is great and helpful thats what we are here for to support eachother and to motivate..
When you make your clicker they give you a code copy it and then go to the edit profile/settings area in orange at the top left of screen click on it and then you should see an edit signature option on the left click on that then paste your code in that area and save..
