First question I have is Medifast recipes for healthy soups when losing weight? Hoping for any answer or 2. My 2nd question... I am three weeks post-op today and I have lost about 25 pounds. This doesn't seem like a lot, as compared to other people..

What has everyone else lost? I'm not counting what I lost before.

Weight loss post.

Is very individual. The more weight that one needs to lose seems to have an effect how quickly one loses initially. I know it is probably hard not to compare yourself with others, but it is my suggestion that you try not to do it..

Congrats on your 25 pounds. Hooray!!!!.

Well way more than that. But beleive me when I tell you you only want a steady loss, not like a balloon with a pin hole leak. Way more important than ridiculous speed the first month or two should be keeping an eye on your skin and muscle mass. I lost so much so quickly, it took months of serious.

And small dumbell to fill that skin back up with muscle..

I know you kids all want to be thin like me asap but you'll be sorrrrrry if you think I'm fucking with you. Your skin and hair and muscle should be how you judge your success. As for weight loss, it will slow down and slow down quickly. But even I managed to drink and still lose 160lbs in about a year..

Now FYI, nothing good will happen if you do not start a sustainable.

Program that allows you to live and thrive.

At your desired weight. When that doesn't happen that easy, cut down good or increase.

It is that simple..

On day in about a year, your bmi will be determined solet by the stuff you eat and drink v. The calories you little body will burn, so.

Good luck.

At least six weeks before muscle.

I tried sooner and all of my post.

Pain returned! My 2nd month was much better than the first. Be patient and know it's going to happen!..

I lost 25 pounds at my three week mark. According to my surgeon, everyone loses at different rates... be patient with yourself. I have had to learn this the hard way. I am three months out from.

And have now lost 60 pounds, it is a slow process for me.... Good luck with your journey..
