I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer. I'll do some research and get back to you if I find an useful answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could give you help..
I have pureProtein bars that I keep in the car and office. (Wal-Mart) I have also tried the pinto beans and cheese at Taco Bell, that is a real treat for me. I recently tried a taco, no shell and that was even better. Chicken has not been a good thing for me. I LOVE soup from the local gas stations! (Kwik trip, and others) Some drive thru's also have a soup of the day. I can get two meals out of the soups..
Your choice was a good one. Way to go and keep it up!..
I, too, use the Pure Protein bars ( 200 calories, 6g fat, 2g sugar, 20g protein). Easy to slip one into your purse or desk drawer for those times when you aren't sure when or where you are going to have lunch..
I love Wendys chili too. and they have great salads like the chicken and apple. with pecans. I am 15 months out..
The chili over a baked potato is good lots of protein in there. :).
I have become a squirrel I keep almonds in my desk too for my afternoon protein snack..
I am two months out and I go to Disneyland quite frequently, thanks to my annual pass. They let you take Medifast food in with no hassles. I have found that I can go to a Del Taco (in California) and order a chicken soft taco with no sauce. I eat half of the meat, cheese and lettuce and wrap the rest up for later. I have also ordered a side order of beans, which are fabulous.....much better than searching for something healthy at the park. Now if I'm out, I know I can count on that to suffice...
