I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the right answer. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I bump into an good answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could help you..
Off all meds... That's the greatest result! It will keep getting better too! 37lbs in 2 months? WooHoo, indeed! Don't sweat the plateau. It'll pass..
Congrats! I love to see this type of NSV. It give you a whole new perspective on the cost of the program when you see how much you will be saving on prescription drugs every month and from now on if you follow what you learn...
Thanks all. About the cost of Nutrisystem - I never get that. With me and my wife on Nutrisystem we are actually saving money. We used to eat out all the time. Its much cheaper now..
Life has just changed so much already is incredible. I am now looking at fulfilling my dream of becoming a police officer. I realize it will take a couple years to get there - but I have the confidence now that I can do anything. My doctor's visit also proved to me once in for all that I didn't Wait to long. That you can turn your life around. I know what has been done in this short amount of time I can't imagine what life will be like at the end of the year...
We used to eat out all the time too. Now we go out to dinner maybe once every 4-6 weeks. And it's actually more fun now...
WOW man that is just great news....and no more meds!.
Awesome NSV and congratulations. I partially agree that this is the best type of NSV and it probably is...but I'm looking forward to the day I can see "him" again..
Continued good health to you pal!!.
That a way!!!! Isn't it great not to pop pills in the morning?! That NSV for me (stopping blood pressure meds) got me a little emotional. Keep it up and you will be tazing people in no time!..
I too have found that I'm acually saving money on Nutrisystem it's cheaper than the takeout and delivery I was living on before.
WTG! Since you have a ways to go and are probably going to be exercising intensively, you might want to invest in a BodyBugg. Check out Ben's thread, a lot of people that exercise more than a 30 min walk 5 times per week seem to slow their weight loss because they don't get enough calories. It's hard to adjust without one of the monitors..
Congratulations again - you can do whatever you set your mind to!..
A cyber high five from one loser to another!..
AWESOME. I just called my husband over to the computer to read of your success. He has very high blood pressure and did Nutrisystem years ago. You have no idea how motivating your success is. Thank you for posting!! Sorry men, I know this is a no women room but your postings are the best...
No problem, Feisty. At least you observed the "No Sparkles" rule..
Wow that is really cool. Never figured I would ever motivate anyone. lol.....
And no worries. Like Gordon said - You followed the "no sparkles" rule so you are all good...
I like the no meds. Before I started my blood pressure was moving up. It gives me hope that mine is doing the same!..
Dan, When you first started posting I could tell that you were serious about losing your weight. Its so nice to hear your success!.
When is that family picnic.....June?..
It was actually two weekends ago. My entire family was so happy to see me down about 40 lbs. My wife was down near 25lbs to. Turns out they were just so concerned about my health but never said anything about it. I always kinda guessed it but they never really came out and talked to me..
For me seeing my parents not worrying about my health was worth any amount of money that Nutrisystem costs. In fact my wife told them my plans to switch careers into Law Enforcement and my father contacted me after the birthday bash for my grandfather and offered to pay for my schooling because he can see that I am serious about getting into shape and working hard to get my body into shape. He said he didn't want me to have to worry about coming up with cash for schooling..
I was floored by that and very thankful..
Thanks ou812day... I am very serious about losing the weight. I have a good start but a long road ahead. But I know I will make it. Just a matter of time...
