Good question... I dunno what is the answer to your question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I bump into an useful answer. You should email the people at iPage as they probably could give you help..
It just adds these /.
Like this url with SEF turned off.
And this url with SEF turned on.
Which one is better.
It really doesn't matter and, as Julian mentioned, it doesn't work for most sites. Leave it off and save yourself some trouble..
Safe urls are to trick the bots into thinking the pages are static rather than dynamic - which search engines prefer - apparently...
This is no longer true. Spending your time converting them to static is really just wasting your time..
Thankyou all for your prompt repliesI am just gona leave it off...
Can any one please tell me if it's better to turn on the SEF url option in admin - store , or should I leave it off ? .
I have prevent spider session set to true.
Any info on this is greatly appreciated.
