I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I find an decent answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably can help you..
Welcome Back! I have missed your wit and wisdom?? I even posted a "Where is Damon?" thread hoping to lure you back..
I hope that you are well and are able to get this Boys Room back in order. It has gotten way too serious without you here running the show. Lets get to losin' again-it feels good..
All the best and good luck getting back on track!!..
Welcome back. I, too, fell off the Nutrisystem wagon for a while. But, partner, we are both back. My BBB is on a UPS truck somewhere heading towards Texas. You are still an inspiration to all here. We wait with baited breathes to hear your story. Or is the baited breath due to that fish stuff Nutrisystem adds for some reason?..
Welcome back brother. Hope all is well in West Virginia. Surprised you didn't pick Country Roads as your song.......
Dude! The wagon is still waiting for you right where you got off...
Hiya Damon. I'm still gone, but lurk every now and then. Just thought I'd say hi!..
Hijacking: Haggis, I ordered a Kindle2 yesterday and thought of you as I hit PAY. You talked me into it a LONG time ago, but it took me this long to actually decide that you had. Thanks! Pam.
Back to our welcoming of our formerly missing comrade...
And I thought you just got banned from the forums! Just kidding. Now let's get it going!!!..
Hi Damon - welcome back. Good to see you posting here again. Your experience is hauntingly familiar..see chart below..
Hola! I too am back after putting on the pounds post NS. But at least we are smart enough to reallize we need help!.
Waiting for the men's room kick in the pants!..
Welcome back Damon. Glad you are OK. Missed your sense of humor..
Hello Haggis Good to see you too...
Good to have you back Damon..
Riding the storm out.
Waiting for the thaw out.
On a full moon night in the.
Rocky Mountain winter.
My wine bottle's low.
Watching for the snow.
I've been thinking about what.
I've been missing in the city.
And I'm not missing a thing.
Watching the full moon crossing the range.
Riding the storm out.
My lady's beside me.
She's there to guide me.
She says that alone we've finally.
Found our home.
The wind outside is frightening.
But it's kinder than the lightning life in the city.
It's a hard life to live.
But it gives back what you give..
Hey Damon! I am still lurking around but do not post often. Welcome Back!..
I know exactly what you mean. I'm at this point as well. The first few weeks were great for me. Then it seems that I fell off of the wagon, and I lost my want-power. I made several attempts to get back on that wagon that didn't go anywhere, and now I'm making another attempt to get back on..
I didn't say one last attempt, because I may need to make others. Even if I can get back on, I may have other plateaus..
Today's a new day...
With my job I have to drive around a lot. So I put my weight loss bears in the truck with me. They sit on the dash board and remind me that I'm not supposed to be eating crap...
This is my first day logging back onto the site. I am glad to see a familiar face and know that I'm not the only f*&$ up. I started May 2008 at 326.5 and lost down to the 240's, well I am back up to 299.7 and back into the habit of ordering multiple sandwiches/value meals for each meal. I have a shat load of Nutrisystem at the house so I am back on board today, 100%. I blamed youth wrestling season for my transgressions but my wife managed to stay on plan and she was sitting in the same damn gyms that my fat arse was, so I need to stop with the excuses and start drinking the water and heating the nutrimeals. I am a goal making, checklist checking kind of person so I am going to sit down tonight and figure out where I want to be and what derailed my previous plan.
I'm going to exercise more starting today. Didn't mean to hijack your thread but I'm glad to see you're back...
Letsgomountaineers, you and I started about the same time back in 2008. I actually started April 15, 2008. I've stayed the course since the beginning and I'm only 8 pounds away from my goal now. You were one of the guys I was always trying to keep up with, on the weight loss side of things, since we both started about the same time. I started out at 342 pounds and I'm down to 203 pounds. I'm only 8 pounds away from goal of 195 lbs., and these last few pounds don't seem to want to come off like the first 8 pounds did..
You can probably catch up and reach your goal by the time I lose these last 8 pounds. Welcome back, it's good to see you're back on track...
Damon & letsgomountaineers - It's great to see your faces around here again. Welcome back...
Wecome back Letsgo. Just hop back on the wagon, we've been waiting for you...
Thanx all! And welcome back my friend! I too am really glad there are so many familiar faces..
Steve> Wow, man you have really done amazingly well. Kudos.
Vicki> You look great!..

Thanks D. You'll get there my friend...
Steve: Nice to be back. I'm 30 pounds lighter than I was when I started last time but disappointed with how far I let myself go before coming back. You look great! You're walking proof that this stuff works...
Hey Damon and Letsgo....,.
I haven't been around much either. Good to hear from both of you as well as some of the others. I've been trying maintenance, but not a very good job of it. It you two are going to get serious again, maybe I will, too..
W8book has my money, but I don't see my chart yet. April was a bad month for some reason..
Anyway, good to hear from you Damon. Maybe you've started a rally for several people...
Welcome Back LetsGo - I wondered where you've been. I've been bouncing around after reaching my goal - fortunatly, I haven't gotten completely out of hand. It's much easier to lose when you stay on track and gain momentum - I hope more will post after they get to goal. When your struggling there's a great temptation to go it alone. When I keep it off this time it will be the first time. Congratulations on a good decision - even though I'm at 208 again this week - I didn't gain. This week I'll start knocking it down again...
Sorry for the thread hijack Damon. Better40 and Tom, glad to be back. I am starting to feel better already. Work is tough right now but I will be active on the boards. Stocking up on pics etc to get some of the easily excitable folks stirred up...
Welcome back D. I've been away from the boards for a while myself and I'm going to blame that for the 15-20 lbs I've picked back up. Got to blame something - it couldn't have been MY fault..
Anyway, I'm getting back on track and back on the boards starting now. It's good to see that some of you are doing so well and maintaining. Larry, Tom, et. al. - way to go! And Vickie - WOW. What a transformation. Come on guys, kick my a$$, I need it...
Yeller - It's great to see you back! I always appreciated your posts..
Welcome back Yeller! I recall always seeing a "follow the plan" sign. Why not post it to remind yourself whatever it was you forgot...
Damon, before I respond to a request such as this, I need to know: has this Men's Room returned to it's roots, or is it still a panty-fest? I need to know because before I open up a can, I need to know if I'm pouring it on a skirt or a sack, cause I don't feel like getting gang-raped by a bunch of daisy sniffin', bra burnin', locker room invadin', don't even look in my general direction or I'll hack you up with my pink ribbon gilded woman sword feminazis..
But if the Men's Room is the Men's Room again, and a bro wants an arse whoopin', then who am I not to oblige?..
LOL It's good to have you back. It was starting to smell like a Tampax factory..
<raise water bottle>Let the Whuppin' begin!</lower water bottle>..
Holy crap, are you kidding me? After all the progress we made? Come on men! Suck it up and do the MEN'S plan like MEN. Quit moanin' and whinin' about your cravings and cheats and your trolloping through the pansies. We don't want to hear that crap in here. We want to hear about how you kicked fat's arse and overcame your sissy urges like a real man!.
Real men face obstacles head on and tear it's sack off! Crap down temptation's throat, men! For goodness sakes wake up and start using Old Spice instead of Secret Extra Dry..
And put down the donut, ya lard-butt...you're making this place smell like a chapter of the Sunflower Girls...
I think we can all benefit by a swift kick...
Nice. Very nice. Now come on men!!! Who's with me?! Let's take back what's rightfully ours and man up in here!!!..
