In Australia we have the Post Office. We just pack the goods, address the package, take the package to the Post Office, pay the postage, and they do the rest. It is really easy..
You can only have problems if you are selling goods that you don't have, but that is fraud...

Have you ever done bookkeeping? Do oyu know how to do taxes, or ATLEAST have you thought about setting up a company (not a website, but a LEGAL company)?? Who will you be getting your products done??.

I think what you are doing is setting up a iPage website for Dropshipping, Would I be correct?.
If so.. Its very simple.. Your Custumer buys a product from your iPage site and pays you.. You then go to your puppliers iPage site and pay them, giving the supplier the address of your buyer... The supplier then sends the goods to your customer putting your name and return address on the label so the customer thinks the product came directly from you..
If this is what you are trying to do and cant figure it out, send me a PM and I will talk you through it..
If it's not what you are trying to do... please, do not take any payments if you cant deliver the goods! LOL.

I have already set up my paypal iPage website payment standard module for os commerce, but I dont understand the shipping process and how i'm supposed to get the goods to a customer once they make their payments. can anyone please explain to me the process by which that is done?....
You put your product in a box, print a shipping label from your prefered shipper, print, attach to box, drop off at shipper's box of store. I dont understand that you dont understand..
