Good question... I dunno what is the answer to your question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I got an decent answer. You should email the people at iPage as they probably know..
How do I make it o that on this.
The greeting and the text that I have put are swapped over?..
Your page is not unique in this way...all pages have the "welcome..." on the top.....
I know, thats the point, I dont want it how it is...
What movie is that from...no blades, no bows, leave your weapons here..." is that men in tights or prince of thieves...?.
Also...i forgot to mention...all that stuff on your main page is in english.php (tools...define languages).
Ok, go to your admin...go to tools...click on define languages...click on english.php....go down to define('TEXT_GREETING_GUEST' .....You know what...here:.
Replace this (in either define languages/english.php...or catalog/includes/languages/english.php...same file):.
Define('TEXT_GREETING_GUEST', 'Welcome <span class="greetUser">Guest!</span> Would you like to <a href="%s"><u>log yourself in</u></a>? Or would you prefer to <a href="%s"><u>create an account</u></a>?');.
That removes the "welcome guest"..
I want to keep both bits of text.
Prince of Thieves..
With what I put on the main page?..
Admin...tools...define languages....english.php....down towards the bottom you'll see define('TEXT_GREETING_GUEST', 'welcome guest....');.
You can take out anything in between ' and '); but leave both of those in there...if you want it blank leave the define(TEXT_GREETING_GUEST', ''); < just like that or you'll get a parse error....
This is also the file where you can rename basically everything...titles, infobox headers...the works.....
