First of all Quick and easy Medifast recipes for a family on a budget? Thanks for any answer. Another question on my mind: I went to ER last night as I was really dehydrated and got an IV and something for nausea. I feel much better today and want to thank my GBS family for their input last night as well as my family. I just hate going to the ER as they take so long but got to do what you got to do..

I'm eating better today and drinking better and they gave me something different for the nausea. It really helps having a place to go to ask an opinion and get some experienced advice..

Thanks GBS family.

Arlene..

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I find an answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could give you an answer..

Glad you're feeling better. I had to go to ER for dehydration about 2 1/2 weeks out too. It was so hard for me to drink enough but you will get there. I also had constant nausea until about week 9, I promise it does get better. People kept telling me that they did not get nauseated, so I was beginning to think I would never feel good again. Hang in there, it WILL get better...

Arlene,.

So glad you went to the ER. It does seem like the forever wait...but your health comes first. Glad you are feeling better and now you should be able to drink a little more without the nausea. Sending prayers your way for a speedy recovery..

I am so glad you are feeling better. I was almost dehydrated because I couldnt keep anything down. I been forcing myself to drnk and keep the protein in my diet. I am so sorry you had to go to the emergency room but at least you are better. Take care!..

Glad to hear they got you fixed up. Yep super easy for us post-op to get dehydrated especially in those first few weeks. When they say sip, sip, sip they mean it..

Hope.

The journey is smooth sailing from here on out for you..
