My question is Should I go on Nutrisystem or Weight Watchers? Thanks for any response. Another quick question... Ok, so I started a free ticker on tickerfactory.com for my 03/01/10 challenge and now I see they give you a free graph for that ticker also. I noticed something on my graph this morning that definetly shows a pattern the last two weeks:.

For the last two weeks, I've went off plan each weekend in February. Luckily I've been weighing on the first of the week (usually like Monday or Tuesday) and Friday... So on my graph it shows up as a nice slope for the weekdays, then very little slope with the weekend. I do realize that Friday to Monday is fewer days, but the slope should be the same if I was being true to the plan and not allowing myself to stray as I have. Heck, I should easily be down another 3 - 5 pounds now if I hadn't allowed myself to indulge in my old habits.....

This isn't a pity party, it's just me analyzing a trend I saw and that sort of slapped me in the face and woke me up... No more excuses (not even for my Birthday this week. I'll make a choice for someplace where I can eat on plan with good choices as this is my new routine, this isn't a temporary diet, but my new lifestyle)... I'm going to get serious again as I don't want the old habits back and I'm liking this much better when I'm on the plan...

Good points. Have to remember it's a change in lifestyle. Graphs are nice - really helps you stay accountable...

Personally, I like the w8book.com graph for overall progress (look at some of the long time guys here and you will see AMAZING graphs that are very inspirational for me). But with w8book.com you have to pay $18 / year to help support their site (I felt it was well worth it myself)..

Tickerfactory.com offers free tickers, and now when you create a ticker, there is a graph available also (I don't think you can create just a graph). The plus here, is it's all free at tickerfactory. The downside (to me) is the graph is very large for a signature and all of the dates make it look busy. I'm sure they will adjust that, (or as you do it for a long period of time it may clean that up on it's own)..

Just remember to track your weight here on the Nutrisystem site, and wherever you have tickers / graphs. So right now I have to update 3 different sites to keep them all updated...

Yep that w8book ticker keeps me motivated, I love it...

Mesturge: you are getting close to 150 pounds into oblivion! Way to Go! I would say I "Love your ticker," but I'm not that kind of guy!..
