Did you change the address to the admin panel in your config files? depending on how it was coded it might not be able to find all the relevant files...

As far as the admin/includes/configure.php I opened the file and any url that had the old /store/catalog/ subfolders listed I just removed the /store/catalog/ part..
Since you're logging in with the .htaccess file, you may have to modify the directory there as well. Toward the end of the .htaccess file mine gives a directory leading the the password file. You may want to double-check that to make sure the directories are correct there and in the password file...
Well nevermind on this topic I guess!! haha I have been on the phone with the host on and off all day, finally I just told them "I'm sorry if you not authorized to make the change, just cancel my account and I will pay someone else to fix it" next thing you know everything works great hahaha I guess some times it just takes a little attitude to get your web host on the ball lol.
