That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I find an decent answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably can help you..

I have purchased them at walmart- but they only carry the basic flavors: raspberry, vanilla, chocolate and hazlenut- if you want some of the more exotic flavors try purchasing on-line direct from torani or on amazon. My NUT told me that you can purchase sugar free syrups directly from Starbucks but I haven't checked them out yet because I am sure they are way overpriced- but it's worth a shot!..

I bought mine through Amazon. They have a 6 pack of various flavors that I bout to start with. They are all yummy. Caramel is my favorite...

I got mine at World Market....they had a pretty good variety and then had both large and small bottles...I got the small ones to try and then will go back and get the big ones later...

I saw them at TJ Maxx today. There were a couple of different brands. About $5.00 for a large bottle...
