Good question... I dunno what is the right answer. I'll do some research and get back to you if I bump into an decent answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably can help you..

FYI the single best thing I ever bought for fitness other than my stupid dumbells, was a small trampoline called a rebounder. I personally think it why my skin didn't get all messed up. Every bounce you take your body gets healthier. It flushes your lymph system..

I shopped my ass off today Less does that count? Tomorrow I am having a huge karaoke party and plan to do alot of.


This weekend is gonna be a blast. I will walk my two miles on Saturday and weight lift on Sunday. Hmmm or maybe I should go shopping again, lol...

Last weekend I rode 89 miles on my bike. I don't think I can top that. Working 12 hours today, and on call tonight, so that means I am never sure when I will get home. Tomorrow I plan to ride early in the day (my bike) and then off to visit a friend's kid who is home from the navy on.


Sunday will probably be a walk or hike or something like that. We shall see what the weather is like. If it is raining, I will break out the Leslie Sansone DVD's..

How in the heck can you pedal 89 miles, my legs would fall off. Wow that is amazing you should do a triathlon!..

Weekends are one time where we can definitely fit in some "me time" to start doing activities and.

The South is getting the Fall weather that was brutally absent through September! Leaves starting to change, cool temps make.
