Taking a half a day off from work on Tuesday to get ready to at the hospital bright and early on Wednesday. I don't want to say that I have cold feet but I suppose it is just nervous energy. I made my husband take me out to dinner since I won't be doing that again anytime soon. I did really good, had grilled tuna, salad, mixed steamed veggies so I didn't over-indulge, as a matter of fact, I was quite proud of myself. I sat there and drank my water with lemon while my family had desert of key lime pie and chocolate silk pie. I patted myself on the back for not being tempted to try a bite..lol.

It seems like I will just be sitting.

And some of the strangest things pop in my head, like, what if I wake up from.

Good question... I dunno what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I got an good answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably know..

Wow! I can't believe you were allowed to eat. All I could have was clear liquids. I used a homeopathic called Calms which totally reduces stress. It's great to relax at night so you can rest. Do things that relax you leading up to the.

Date, I think we all understand the emotions of excited and nervoius at the same time..
