Quick question... What are some decent Medifast recipes for different types of dried beans? Thanks for any response. Another question on my mind: Hey My DS Family:.

Just a quick little note to let you know I am back. The.

Surgery.

Itself went well. I had minor complications with my.

Oxygen.

And blood pressure. I have been sore the last couple of days but I wouldnt classify that as unbearable pain. I have been pretty sleepy. The gas pains the first two days were horrific. I dont wish that on my worst enemy. I did have a JP drain put in which was my worst fear but Ive made it this far and at this point there is no turning back.

My team has been fantastic. If I can offer any newbie a vital piece of information is to ensure that you have a great bariatric team. My team has been fantastic, calling and checking up on me, answering every question to every detail, and being upfront with me post-op. I thought that on day 3 Id regret my decision and honestly every day that goes by it gets easier..

I just want to take a quick moment to thank everyone for their blessings, prayers, and thoughts, That has meant a great deal to me and my family. I wish you all continued success on your journeys and will keep you updated on tomorrow's appointment..

God bless and best wishes..

Josie..
