Got a question... What are some delicious Medifast recipes I can make with 9 month old butter? Thanks for any answer or 2. Another question I got... Since my family doc mentioned I needed to take in more protein, I called my GBS nurse and asked her a couple questions. I asked her how many calories I should be consuming a day. She said not to worry about.

Counting calories.

As long as I am eating 3 meals a day and limiting the portion size to 4 ounces. Okay, that sounds good. Then I asked her how much protein and she said well as long as you eat like a boiled egg a day you should be fine. WTF?? I see everyone else taking in 80 grams a day. Is a boiled egg the magical protein cure or something???!!!..

No way is one egg enough protein per day. Not even 3 times a day. I have been told to get between 60-80 grams per day and to get that I usually do consume one protein drink every morning but many times I'm sure I go over the 80 grams a day also. I find the more protein I consume, the more weight I lose...

Follow protein directives from a Nut or trustworthy online sites. OTOH, for me, calories were a HUGE deal and my Nut told me to go up and It has taken a month to start losing again, after I dropped back to 800-900c..

You really have to do.

Research.

, take what seems reasonable and "trial and error" it. Vitamins and minerals, water, and shakes or protein water, chicken, egg, tofu, yogurt, etc will help to get your full nutrition...

I agree the woman must have lost her mind. Otherwise, it must be one big egg!..

Yeah, maybe she is referring to an ostrich egg... yeah, that's it!..

Unless it is an ostrich egg...ni way that one egg is enough...and yes, you should be at least 60 grams per day at where you are at...but with all the problems you have had, I would say more like 70+...

Eggs are great but by far the cure for what ails you.....

One egg per day sounds like a great way to lose all of your hair!..

I was doing a bit of my own.

Research.

On the subject and read where you can add dry powdered milk to skim milk to get fortified milk. I would have never thought of that and is a good idea for you milk lovers out there...
