Got a question, hope someone can answer... What are some different Medifast recipes to add hotdogs too? Thanks for any comment. My 2nd question... I went and saw my nutritionist today. It was an unplanned meeting with her, but I had some questions and she had a cancellation, so she had me come in. We weighed, measured, calculated and here are the results....

Total pounds lost: 66.

Ratio of FAT to LEAN BODY MASS lost: 2.7 lbs fat to 1 lb lean mass.

Percent of body fat lost: 5.8%.

BMI: from 48.9 down to 37.3.

*Needless to say she was more than happy with my progress so far at 11 weeks post-op..

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I discover an decent answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably can answer it..

Wow!! You are doing great! I am 18 weeks out into my 5th month and have only lost 61 pounds so far. Looking forward to my 6th month surgeon and Nut appointment to find out all that information. Curious to find out my BMI and body fat especially. Congratulations on your journey so far!..

Thanks everyone!.

@Khanson80...dont be worried. All of our bodies are different and will lose at different rates. Keep following the program and it will keep coming off...

Good for you. Keep up the good work. I am 14 weeks out and am seeing my nut next week...feeling afraid since this is my 3 month check up and they said this is the tell tale sign of my "success or failure" in the program...
