Got a quick question: What are some good Medifast recipes for making your own face wash? Looking forward for any answer or 2. 2nd question I got is.. Okay I would love some help, advice or reassurance. I had.


On July 21st. I lost about 50 pounds. Sounds great and I do feel better but...I have not lost ANY in 3 weeks. Steady would be okay. Even a pound or two a week! But nothing is really bothering me! I have stayed with the program. I do NOT "cheat".

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to your question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I find an useful answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably know..

I know this sucks, but thank God for this site and ppl like Deardarlink. I knew what to expect, I was not surprse...yes I would hit a plateau and yes it would scare me, but I stopped for weeks and now it's moving again...hang in there. Keep the protein up, water in and move, move, move..

It will begin again...

You took your measurments, if not it now. Lots of times when we plateau is when the inches fall off. There is no way you are done losing after only 2 months (and 10 days). If you keep an irregular log of your measurements then when the weight loss stalls you will see another number go down. Seriously good for the head (hey, even my hats are looser - probably because my hair is thinning - but we won't go there.) The thing is to keep something positive in your mind because it helps you to stay on track. It is so worth it!.

Everyone on here talks about stalling as your body adjusts. If you are doing what is on the plan, then you are most likely on track and should be patient...if you keep stalling for what you feel is too much longer, maybe you can meet with a nutritionist? However, I think time will tell and the weight will start coming off again...

I am where you are right now! I haven't lost a pound in almost 2 weeks. I had the gastric sleeve on Sept 2nd and I am down 25 lbs. I don't know what I need to do other than to.


More. I can't eat a lot and I don't. I drink my protein shakes everyday. I guess we will have to be patient and keep positive thoughts that we will.

Thanks everyone! I was complaining about only losing 50 pounds and stalling but I haven't weighed myself! that just upsets me. But I was shocked. My pants have been baggy and I went from a tight 24 and I kept grabbing smaller ones out of my closet but low and behold I went to the store and tried on some pants Size 16!!!! I did not even realize I dropped that many pant sizes so that was exciting...
