My 1st question is: What are some great Medifast recipes for mango smoothies? Many thanks for any answer. My other question... Wife, Son and I are going to the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra's "Wicked Divas" concert this evening. I have no cart, no walker, no special parking, no disabled seating, NOTHIN!.

What have you done, or have coming up, that you simply couldn't have done before.

I am less that 2 weeks out and have dropped 14 lbs since last Tuesday. I have been taken off all my medications. I am only doing a vitamin regimen. Although I am only 2 weeks out I am already fitting in clothes from Old Navy and some regular stores that I never thought I would be able to fit in to. I look at myself in the mirror and dont only worry about how I look physically but have learned to respect myself and appreciate the person looking back. I am a mom to a 4 year old and it honestly gives me great pride to see my son opt for things like carrots and apples instead of fries b/c those are the examples I am setting at home..

I live on a 3rd floor and I am amazed that I am able to go up and down the stairs without having to stop for air or fatigued..

I am looking forward to taking pictures with my son and my family since I always avoided them b/c of how I looked and being more involved with my son..

Congrats on your success so far and enjoy your concert. Have a blast!.

You have a good time. It really feels good to do things we couldn't do before. Mine is just the simple things in life, like.

Without getting out of breath and not sweating profusely from just getting groceries. Looking forward to all the things I can do later too...

Well I would never walk anywhere. We had friends 4 houses away and when we'd have a fight night or even social party I'd drive my car. 4 houses away. Now they live 6.5 miles away and I often ride my bike and have walked there many times..

I've walked to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and back in a day 15.5 miles, and I looped Mt Whitney up and back in a day last month. That was about a 25 miler. Now God willing and weather permiting I'm.

From the desert floor of Palm Springs to the snow capped peak above next week. 6000' vertical feet of elevation gain..

These are just a few of the things I can do now that I can see my dick! LOL.
