First question I have is What are some Medifast recipes where I can use cream of tartar? Hoping for any answer or 2. My other question... I had a kidney infection this last week and the Dr. gave me some huge antibotics. I tried crushing them but they were so bitter they turned my stomach. I tried to put them in Medifast food and ruined it! I also have to take Actogall for my gall bladder to prevent stones.

Do you still have to crush them or can you wash them down whole or in in chunks? help! Thanks!..

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the right answer. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I find an anything. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably know..

I'm 4 weeks out and I have taken all my vitamins whole since the second day. I tried splitting the multi and.

Calcium.

Put the actigal in some sugar free pudding, but just in the top part...give it a turn over...and go ahead and get it down...I have to take the.

Actigall.

Also for the next six months, and until I came across this it was driving me crazy...the pudding is thick enough, and sweet enough to get around the nasty....

As far as for how long to crush pills???I really think that is a doctor thing...I am still breaking my pills down, but have stopped the crushing, and just breaking them into really small pieces...and got chewables everywhere I could....

The little pieces are way better than the dust...and they all still go down with one swallow of water...I got five more months of the.

Actigall.

Oh for joy...ugh....

By the way...I couldn't do the antibiotics either....they were the absolute definition of nasty as hell...I ended up back in the hospital with big IV antibiotics.

Running.

Full speed, for another 3 days...but honestly...between me and you...it was still easier than the dang horse antibiotics...lol.

Ssshhh I didn't say that...but it is true..except for the part where my arm swelled up like a balloon...that part sucked...oh well...water under the bridge....
