I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer to your question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I got an anything. You should email the people at iPage as they probably can help you..
That's the correct path on the error..
I have the files installed in the root directory..
I was updating all my sites today and then noticed that with the new code I kept getting these errors..
I put back login.php, logoff.php, create_account.php, and password_forgotten.php to the code 3 months ago and it started working..
I was trying to avoid installing a new store...
Just want to ask how you got it fixed ive got the same problem :?..
If you have an older version of osC, the tep_crypt_password function does not exist and is named crypt_password..
Edit the file that is complaining and change the call for tep_crypt_password to crypt_password and your problem should be resolved...
Make sure you apply this fix to both the create_account_process and account_edit_process files. I only applied it to the create_account_process file and later found that my customers could not apply changes to their account and they were receiving the same errors. I made the same change on the account_edit_process file and now it works.!!!.
I updated my sites today and now whenever you want to create an account, logon, or get a new password I get errors like these:.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: tep_encrypt_password() in /home/thefitne/public_html/password_forgotten.php on line 23.
Can someone please tell me what file these are all effected by?..
What's your directory structure. It looks like it's trying to find password_forgotten.php in your web root directory..
Is this a new installation?.
Are your folders set up like this?.
Any recent changes?..
