First of all What are your all-time favorite dessert recipe minus family secret Medifast recipes? Many thanks for any response. My 2nd question... I am looking for some good exercises for my stomach. I could never do sit-ups, lol, I guess that's one of the reasons I look like I do. Is there anything else a little easier to do? I have lost 78 lbs. but the stomach weight just doesn't seem to be going anywhere.

Thanks...

I agree with you I would like a flat stomach.

This is the hard part exercises for the stomach are hard to think about but it's now now the time to start work on the stomach so my big belly goes away lets get cracking the stomach...

Kickboxing.

Is awesome for your abs and isnt a crunch..

God, you are so right. I workout at the YWCA and the abs has been a target. I can see some change. I also have looked at Abs contraptions...like the ab lounger and ab rocket, any of you have them?..

We all know there is no such thing as spot reduction. The body loses where it will. My stomach is collapsing from the side and I look like I have a square stomach!.

Aerobics.

Are more efficient at losing stomach fat, in fact sit ups and crunches will harden the muscle and cause the fat and excess skin to protrude..

An all over body workout, and an emphasis on.

Aerobics.

Will lose the most weight possible. THEN, you can consider options of.

Surgery.

, special muscle group concentration, etc...

Ricky took the words out of my mouth. There isn't one.

Exercise.

That will target a particular area..

I actually enjoy.

Pilates.

I am only 3 weeks out and havent been given the clearance on that but as soon as I do I am gold. I attribute my pre-op weight loss to significant changes in my diet,.

Walking.

(Walk Away the Pounds), Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, Zumba, and.

Pilates.

These are all, all over body workouts, but what I love about.

Pilates.

Is their non-invasive "core" exercises. You actually feel the next day that you've gotten a great workout in..

I still do have a tummy but not quite as prominent. For me personally, it has really helped..

Good luck..

I love water.

Aerobics.

And there I can do crunches. The other thing I do is sit on one of those stability balls and do sit ups on them, rolling back and forth (not putting my feet on the ball and my back on the floor and doing sit-ups - like they show in the.

Books.

). I tried A sit up the other night, on the floor with feet hooked under the sofa. Could not do even one, and before.

Surgery.

I could do 10 or so. Not sure whats going on with that. I've lost 70 pounds since.

Surgery.

And 10 inches off my waist and my belly doesn't sag over anything - but the back of my jeans sure does since I need them larger around the waist than I do on my backside. Bodies are different, sometimes you just gotta 'love the one your with'.

You are all so right. I have noticed more of an overall loss from aerobic workout than from any effort at localizing the loss. I am only 2 months out. My question is for those of you 1 and two years out. Have any of you had luck tightening up the loose skin or are you considering.

Surgery.

?..
