First question I got is What diet is best-Weight Watchers,Atkins, or Nutrisystem? Or is there another better one....? Many thanks for any response. Another question on my mind: Hello all!!.

I'm back from our trip to Disney World. Great trip! Some rain but my kids had a blast..

I tried to eat well without obsessing about it during the trip and came back having gained 4lbs. While I'm pissed at the 4lb gain I guess it's not too bad considering all the restaurants we went to..

I guess the morning trip to the resort gym and all the walking around kept the gain to a minimum..

Anyway...back on the horse...and off to the gym!.

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I got an anything. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could give you an answer..

Cure for your 4 lbs gain:.

1. Eat the Blueberry Muffins.

2. Drink 140 oz of water.

3. Hit the Gym.

4. Follow the play strictly for one week.

If you do this you will drop the gain very quickly...

Welcome Back! Glad you had a great time and are ready to get back on the horse!..

Only 4 lbs after a week at Disneyworld? Man, I'd be patting myself on the back for that..

I did a 10 lb round trip (+5 -5) just between last Saturday and today. Welcome back! A few days back on plan and it will all be a happy memory..

I'm happy to hear that you can do Disney and only gain 4 lbs. My family and I are on our way there in a little over a week and I'm trying to figure out what to do about food..

Did you take any Nutrisystem food with you, or was it all just off plan?..

I was totally off the plan. The resort had a nice gym and there was plenty of walking to be done throughout the parks..

4lbs was actually a surprise to me. I thought I might gain more because I wasn't going to obsess about food all throughout the trip..

If your resort has a gym...use it. Take the stairs in the resort and skip the escalator/elevators. If you happen to be staying at the Contemporary Resort, skip the monorail and walk to and from the Magic Kingdom. It's actually faster than the monorail..

Don't obsess about the food. Enjoy your vacation and deal with the results afterward. If you continue with daily exercise you will most likely have minimal gains. Maybe no gain at all!!.

Safe trip!!.

We go to Disney every year and as long as you are smart about your food choices you can do pretty well..

Totally agree about walking when possible and gym..

We normally stay at the Boardwalk resort and we walk to both EPCOT and Disney Studios. I try to hit the gym every morning also..

The hardest part for me is avoiding the "carts" that have the treats like ice cream and popcorn. I don't have trouble finding choices for the rest of the meals since we tend to eat many of our meals in our room (we always have a full kitchen)..

Last time we were there in February, I managed to lose 4 pounds..

Best of luck,.
