Got a question... What do you think about nutrisystem? Nutrisystem? Looking forward for any comment. Another question I got... Well, I did it. Week 1 is in the books. I lost 12.7 lbs so far and I feel great! Wife can tell already.



Can't believe I can get through my morning workouts w/o getting all jacked-up on high calorie, heart palpitating energy drinks and powders. The Nutrisystem foods had been enough (even cut back on my coffee addiction because I'm drinking over 96 oz. water a day!! A guy can only pee so much, right?).

Thanks Nutrisystem for a great product and to all of you who have helped me through this so far..

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I discover an decent answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could answer your Nutrisystem question..

Keep up the great progress....

The first couple weeks are very encouraging and will help get you off to a good start..

Just be prepared for a little slower progress the next few weeks, but if you follow the guidelines you will lose weight!.

Good job. I also just about finished the first week, again. I had two days where I didnt stay on plan but still lost some weight. Gotta try a little harder this next week. Once again good job on the losses...

I'm actually getting ready to finish my second week (tomorrow is my second weigh-in). The first week I lost 12 pounds and I'm hoping for a couple more this week. My wife and I are definitely feeling better and hope that we can continue with the plan for another couple months. Then I will try to figure out if I can "maintain" my goal within 5 lbs..

Congrats on finishing your first week. Today marks the end of my first week as well. I am down to 325.8 from 340.0. Im absolutely happy with my results so far. I havent done a lick of excercise either. Im sure it's mostly water weight nevertheless it's 14.2 pounds I had before.

Im looking forward to week 2 though...

Damn - 14.2 lbs is great, man! I'm envious. I added about 200-220 cals. each day I lifted heavy (which, by the way has gotten.

Significantly lighter.

Since starting Nutrisystem ... my bench press misses carb-loading). but stayed on it 100% besides that. I imagine that if I didn't add in the calories and just stuck to treadmill fat-burning I would have lost more..

The lbs are just falling off of you!.

Ive stayed as close as I can to the program with yesterday being the exception...Since this was my first month I let the send me whatever. Im down to a few dinners I will eat because I'm allergic to mushrooms and I for the love of me cant stand meatloaf. Yesterday I had sauteed chicken, brown rice and broccoli. I want to start weight lifting again as well but I think I wanna lose some of this fat and some of these pounds before I put on muscle..

I just finished my second weigh-in and I've lost a total of 15.5 pounds in 2 weeks. I've been doing a minimum of 25 minutes walking (2.5 miles at 3.5 mph) and 15 minutes running (1 mile at 4.0 mph; light jog) each day. I'm hoping to start some light weight training in another few weeks but so far so good. I haven't strayed from the program yet and probably won't until the first Sat. after my first 28 days. My wife and I have planned our first "non-program" dinner as a way to celebrate the first 28 days and to kick-off the second 28 days..

I hope everyone keeps up the great work and please keep sharing these wonderful success stories. It helps keep me focused and on target..

Yesterday was my 7th day. Had my weigh in this morning and I'm at 354.2, which is down 7.6 lbs! Woo Hoo! For the most part I've stuck with the plan (yesterday was the exception. Was at a customer site working an issue and it took longer than expected. Never ate lunch and when I got home the munchies hit hard and I ate some jojo potatoes and some chicken breast meat that the rest of the family was having by the time my Nutrisystem dinner quit heating up).

Back on track today and learned the importance of not skipping meals and getting hungry. On to week 2!..

I guess the results ARE typical on the Nutrisystem men's program. I'm down to 270lbs from 305lbs since Dec. 7..

Quick update, had my 3 week weigh-in this morning and I've lost a total of 19 lbs in 3 weeks. My goal is a total of 35 pounds so I'm getting closer!!.

Will post after my next weigh-in next week. Keep fighting the good fight!!..
