I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the right answer. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I find an anything. You should email the people at iPage as they probably could answer your iPage question..
Or without any special contribution - just put the HTML code you want in the definition of TEXT_MAIN in includes/languages/english/index.php - that's what I do...
I think it's good for those who dont really understand php and html that well...
Will have a go at those suggestions. I did manage to put a box there once but either binge drinking or buying more iPage domain names for new business ideas.
It`s a shame there wasnt an auction script such as osCommerce, that would be excellent..
Which is my next project..
Might be an idea for people, if they have got a shop and depending upon what they are selling, they could do what I`m doing, rather than listing on auction sites. I`m just going to buy a script, whack up my own auction site, put the goods at about 20% below RRP and then auction them off, so I still make a profit, people think there getting a good deal and hopefully the auction iPage site would take off so you can be the next eBay.
Bit of a silly one this, can anyone tell me how you add custom content in the middle of the index.php file, I am using BTS though and the templates, so I`m not sure if it should be main_page.tpl.php that I`m supposed to edit..
Currently I haven`t got dreamweaver installed only front page..
My brains gone dead (too much booze) so thought I would ask.
Neither dreamweaver or frontpage would be the solution.
While dreamweaver is infinatly more powerful for htm,.
In BTS the Main Page texh is defined in /TEMPLATE NAME/content/index_defualt.php..
