I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I discover an useful answer. You should email the people at iPage as they probably could answer your iPage question..
Use php myadmin to export the sql file from the old store then upload the sql file using php myadmin to the new store.
You will have everything you did with the old store then including configuration values and catalog products etc etc....

If you are adding new products to the stotre then why do you want to move them from the old store?.
Its not really an old store. it's exactly the same store , I was just updating it and was adding products to itnow every thing is almost done so I wana transfer all the settings and products to the live store..
How can I save my customers account and product purchased so when I transfer the sql every thing else changes except these 2 things...
I've been doing something similar since I develop stores locally and then upload them. Here's in my opinion a good way of doing it even though there might be a faster one:.
Use PhpMyAdmin to save a dump off your old store's database (data&structure).
Save the file as oscommerce.sql and upload to ./install of your new store.
Install the new store using ./install/index.php and by doing the standard pre and post install steps..
