First question I got is What is a good free iPage web hoster to host a cheat website? Hoping for any response. My 2nd question... Hey, I am wondering if there is a way to edit my "product descriptions" by actually inserting new code into a document, and not through the admin section. I do have a reason for this and here it is...when I place my html code into the section "products description" section, then click the button "preview" and it shows me what i've inserted and then allows for me to click on the button "update," it works fine and updates my description. However, I have been trying to insert a code that allows a drop-down menu box displaying the product and quantity, then with a "add to cart" button. But when I preview it, then try and press "update," it won't let me.

So, does anyone know how I may be able to get around this and still insert the code and be able to update my descriptions? Or, manually do it by looking at the document with the description and editing it? Please any suggestions...thanks!..

Thanks a lot for the help. As I was trying to install the contribution you referred me to, I came to a problem. One of the instructions for installing the contribution says to replace the following code with another code..

</head>.

   <body marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" topmargin="0" bottommargin="0" leftmargin="0" rightmargin="0" ...>.

Unfortunately, I searched my entire database using a program and could not find that phrase anywhere. Of course I tried:.

<body marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" topmargin="0" bottommargin="0" leftmargin="0" rightmargin="0".

As well as:.

<body marginwidth=".

And no files came up. Would you happen to know how I may install this contribution??.

Thanks a lot..

The product descriptions are kept in the database. You could add them directly using phpmyadmin...

Most likely is that there is a form tag in the html that is messing with the form tag used when updating the product description, I had this issue when placing a form for a booking in a sites product description..

Hey, well here is the form tag that I have to place on my site, which is not allowing for me to then press "update". I have taken out a few pieces of code and replaced them with *'s for personal reasons..

<form method=post action=https://www.2checkout.com/cgi-bin/ccbuyers/purchase.2c >.

<input type=hidden name=sid value=*******>.

<input type=hidden name=product_id value=38>.

Purchase <input type=text size=3 maxsize=4 name=quantity value=1> Ultimate HGH Combo Pack(s) <INPUT type="submit" value="Add to Cart">.

</form>.

So there's the code...any ideas what may be wrong with it?..

I don't know if this will help, but have you tried the.

Htmlarea contribution.

?.

It's a WYSIWYG editor, but allows for you to add html to the product description text box..
