Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to your question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I discover an decent answer. You should email the people at iPage as they probably could assist you..
I installed the OsCommerce SQL File a few times....
I took everything off of my server after it all worked perfectly because I wasn't going to use this... then I changed my mind and installed it again. Now I get this.....
There is a comments field in the order_status_history table check that this exists in your database...
Anybody? How do I fix the orders_status_history table in the database?..
What is broken with this table, you stated that the comments field existed in the orders_status_history table in the database..
I tried removing it completely and I still go the same message... so I put it back and still get the same mesage..
..When I removed it, though, It couldn't finish the payment process...So it has to be in there.....
Alright, I fixed it..
The 'comments' field wasn't in my ORDER table... so I put it in there and it works now..
1054 - Unknown column 'comments' in 'field list'.
Select customers_id, customers_name, customers_company, customers_street_address, customers_suburb, customers_city, customers_postcode, customers_state, customers_country, customers_telephone, customers_email_address, customers_address_format_id, delivery_name, delivery_company, delivery_street_address, delivery_suburb, delivery_city, delivery_postcode, delivery_state, delivery_country, delivery_address_format_id, billing_name, billing_company, billing_street_address, billing_suburb, billing_city, billing_postcode, billing_state, billing_country, billing_address_format_id, payment_method, cc_type, cc_owner, cc_number, cc_expires, comments, currency, currency_value, date_purchased, orders_status, last_modified from orders where orders_id = '1'.
That's the page I get everytime I try to view an order. I get all the emails about the order being processed and I get the reciept from paypal..
The only thing I've installed other than OsCommerce is the STS Template system..
Can someone please help me with this?..
Does the table comments exist in your database..
There should have been a sql file that required to be ran on the database or an entry query that required to be run on the database for a contribution that you have installed..
There is a comments field in the order_status_history table.
