My first question is What is a good recommended iPage web host? Many thanks for any comment. My 2nd question... I am using osC MS2.2. When I go to edit an order status, view it's invoice or packing slip the page fails to display the actual product(s) sold in the order but does display the prices and shipping addresses.... the url in question is for example this:.

/admin/orders.php?page=1&oID=382&action=edit.

And the error message that I get is this:.

Is there is a simple problem in my database that is causing this? I can't get my head around this one and need urgent help..... many thanks in advance to anybody who can assist.....

Thanks, dennis..

Ah ok... thanks for that Mibble, going to give that a shot right now... don't understand why that table isnt already there :S..

I checked my database and the table "order_status" does exist but the file orders.php is calling for something called "order_status_id" which exists under "order_status". Do I need to alter the coding in orders.php or create "orders_status_id" in the root of my database?..

I still have not been able to resolve this problem.... can anybody help plleeeeaasseee?..

No you should not have to alter anything. have you modified anything in the back end of the store laely?.

I just read the original, it is asking for a column in orders_status_history so check for that table. if not, restore it from a backup..

Woah I just checked in orders_status_history and that table doesnt exist! this is crazy, I am not sure how exactly this could have happened.

What do you suggest I do? I am trying to find an old database backup but am having trouble locating it.

... should I just try and recreate that table? I am not sure how to do that tho (I have phpMyAdmin open). Please advise if you can!! Thank you!..

You should open the database and see if there is a table named orders_status, if not then you need to get it from the sql file which comes from oscommerce.sql..

It is nothing major, just shows the pending, updated, etc. takes about 2 minutes to put there if not there...
