My first question is What is the best diet plan? Nutrisystem, Nutrisystem, etc...was there a study done? Hoping for any answer. Second question of mine... What are your opinions on hard candy, like atomic fireballs?.

I have about 3 or 4 through out the course of a day at work when I want to snack.....

Good question... I dunno what is the answer. I'll do some research and get back to you if I got an useful answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could give you an answer..

Is that a sugar free fireball?.

For me I like Sugar Free Life Savers. I used to buy sugar free Jolly Ranchers but they became impossible to find..

Acoustic: I have one from time to time. I do not have 3 or 4 a day though. I would try to limit to 1 or 2 a day. I am sure our friend Poly will say none. You are looking at 120 or 160 extra calories a day of basically pure sugar. It will slow your weight lost down...

Recommend subsituting radishes. Same size and color and you can have a lot more of them for the same calories...

Acoustic - I would recommend Sugar Free so you are not taking in the calories. If you think you have four a day that is 160 Calories or 1/2 a lean cuisine! Is it worth that? I would say no, but in the end this is your choose. It won't kill your weight lose...

You're always welcome here, Obie. Sorbitol is great! Too bad they took it out of the Blueberry Muffins. I used to make sure I did the muffins on the day before a weigh-in..

Acoustic - you can eat anything you want. Just count the cost. IMO, 160 empty sugar cals won't stop your loss, but they are really not value added. If they help you keep on keeping on, well keep on sucking!.

Sometimes I will have a SF butterscotch candy once or twice a day if I feel hungry. Its more of an oral gratificaiton type thing...

If you continue to lose weight, then go for it. It is better than eating a donut 4 times a day if that is what it is replacing...
