What is the best Internet iPage hosting service to create a Photography website?

Quick question: What is the best Internet iPage hosting service to create a Photography website? Many thanks for any answer. Another question on my mind: I've searched the forums and contributions. Can't seem to find it. I'd like to be able to have a comment box like the one where you check out (Add Comments About Your Order)..

I've been able to mod my store pretty well so far, so I feel I have a basic understanding of PHP and iPage site structure..

If someone could either point me to a contribution (Option Type only shows one line, I need a multiple line box), or sketch me out something that I could try to code in, it would be very much appreciated...

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I bump into an decent answer. You should email the people at iPage as they probably can help you..

I did think about that, but I was worried that with multiple products in the shopping cart it wouldn't work..

I will try that and post to this thread to give results..

I did find this thread.

The problem (from my understanding of the thread) with it is that is modifies Option Type, and I'd like something in addition to Option Type..

Thanks 808smokey. Please keep the suggestions coming!..

I tried cutting and pasting the comment box, but it doesn't show the text when you go to check out in the product information..

Can anyone else help out?..

I'd also like to add that this is not a good idea. I had to restore the backup I'd made yesterday because I'd added multiple products with the comment box from the checkout_shipping.php file and it wouldn't continue to the checkout_confirmation.php file..

It was either that, or the categories description contribution I'd added yesterday..

Don't think that was it, because the checkout_confirmation.php looks for comments added. I guess the multiple comments messed it up somehow..

No big deal. Good reminder for me to backup..

Does anyone with Option Type contribution that understands it pretty well help me?.

See above about the forum thread. I've tried contacting the two individuals who were working on it, but no success..

The thread is.

I think I'd have to add another field similar to products_options_value_text to the customers_basket_attributes table calling it something different. I'd also have to add something similar to the products_options_length field, but call it something different..

Then there is this code in product_info.php (line 140).

$tmp_html = '<input type="text" name ="id['TEXT_PREFIX$products_options_name['products_options_id']']" size="'$products_options_name['products_options_length'] .'" maxlength="'$products_options_name['products_options_length']'" value="'$cart->contents[$HTTP_GET_VARS['products_id']]['attributes_values'][$products_options_name['products_options_id']] .'">  '$products_options_name['products_options_comment'];.

Is there anything else in the above that I need to change? Like changing the name of the variables so it won't interfere with Option Type?.

It doesn't look like it calls any outside functions, but I'm not sure (still a newbie)..

I'm basically paraphrasing (and quoting) from the other forum thread, I'm hoping someone can help clarify things for me...

Did you try to copy and paste the comment box from the checkout page to the product info page?.

I think that would without too much hair pulling..
