Yeah - I've been the same way this week. I look at it as losing sleep, but peeing away the pounds!..

I like that: "peeing away the pounds." I thought maybe it was just me. This takes on new meaning to no pain, no gain!..

I really, really feel your pain..

I try to get all my water in early, but I'm not sure what's more annoying, peeing every 10 minutes at work, or getting up all night...

I've been able to get all my water in by 5 each night and I've been doing 13 to 16 glasses a day. It is worth all the trip to the bathroom though...

I drink, now, 140+ ounces of water a day. I drink about 8 ounces within an hour of going to sleep, because getting dehydrated while you sleep is a great way to tell the body to create and store fat cells..

Sure, I have to get up at about 3am like clockwork, maybe 3 - 4 nights a week, and pee, but oh well, it's part of getting to the goal not looking like a scarecrow...

RSettin - did you mean "no pain, no gain" or "no drain, no gain"?..

I've been drinking around 120 ounces throughout the day for 3 months now. I don't really stop drinking before going to sleep either. The first week and a half I had to get up several times, but my body adjusted...

I drink water constantly throughout the day and usually top 128 ounces. I make sure that I drink at least one bottle (32 ounces) after my exercise each evening. The hassle of getting up at night is less of a bother than the desperate need to pee during class and then having to knock students out of my way as I dash to the boy's room - every freaking hour! Double trouble this week as we were administering state tests and our classes were almost 2 hours long - OMG!!!..

I hear ya man. It happens to all of us it sounds like. I concur with the previous posts as well. It's very much worth the new routine at night for the results it helps provide...

LOL I'm not a guy but just had to put my 2 cents in....i'm up at 3am every night but having reached my first 10 lb loss today is well worth it..

Not sure which is worse...the idea of using a pop bottle, or the fact that you CAN use a pop bottle...

It would have to be one of those wide-mouth Mt. Dew bottles........

It's gotten worse for me since I upped my water intake to about 1.5 gallons a day. 2 to 3 times a night. It's kind of a bummer, but my weight loss has been going so well that it's worth feeling a little tired by early evening..

It helps to stop swilling after dinner, and simply drink a bit of water with the evening snack; then I force myself to stay awake as late as possible and make one last dash to the bathroom before shut-eye. But inevitably, the bladder alarm goes off about 3AM or so..

I find if I only drink 64oz. or so during the day I can sleep through the night. But then I seem to not lose as quickly. I've only been on Nutrisystem for less than three months, so it's a bit early to tell if that's the reason..

But, as far as results go, I can't argue with the scale!..
